Exhibition of exotic birds, guinea pigs and other farmed animals

Several species of parrots and other beautifully colored tropical birds will be on display. Guinea pigs and other domesticated animals such as stick insects, frogs, chameleons, spiders, chinchillas, and others will also be exhibited. Some animals will be available for purchase or for subsequent purchase by agreement.

Experienced breeders will be present at the exhibition to offer advice on keeping pets.

The following organizations will be exhibiting their animals:

• Department of Experimental Biology
• Parakas breeding station breeding guinea pigs
• Private breeders

The exhibition includes pictures painted and drawn by students of the Jaroslav Kvapil Art School in Brno. The exhibition is entitled "The Enchanted Forest." The pictures will be on display from November 1 to December 7.
